Shipping conditions
The goods are delivered via DHL within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Finland, France, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden.
Shipping costs
(including VAT)
The shipping costs for orders up to a value of 98.99€ are 2.90€ within Germany . For orders over 99 €, shipping is free within Germany. Please note that for each return we charge a return fee of 2.90 € This amount will be automatically deducted from your credit total.
This means that if you order goods with a value of less than 98.99 € shipping costs amount to 2.90 € If the goods are returned, additional 2.90 € calculated so that the total shipping costs 5.80 € be.
For other countries, shipping costs are calculated as follows:

For your return shipment
We try to make the return shipment as easy as possible, so In addition to the delivery note, your package also includes a return form and a DHL return label .
Please look inside the package – the accompanying documents are wrapped in tissue paper and are underneath the goods .
This is how the return works:
- Fill out the return form
- Frank the parcel with the enclosed DHL label
- Return the item to a DHL branch or Packstation
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated, delivery of goods in Germany will take place within 2 to 5 business days after the contract is concluded. Delivery to the specified EU countries is 4 to 8 business days.
Please note that we do not ship parcels on Sundays and public holidays.

Return from abroad
The costs for any return shipment from other European countries are your responsibility. We will cover the Return shipping costs of up to €5.90 will be deducted from your refund credit. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items received and promptly refund the appropriate amount. If you placed your order via PayPal, credit card, direct bank transfer, or advance payment, we will automatically refund the purchase amount upon receipt of your return. Your return will always be credited according to the payment method you selected when placing your order.
sustainability
Our shipping boxes are made exclusively from recycled paper, so no trees have to be felled. We also avoid using any other non-biodegradable coatings. Nevertheless, our boxes are, of course, sturdy enough to ensure safe and intact transport.
