Currently, our products are shipped to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Finland, France, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Slovenia.
Shipping costs for orders up to €98.99 within Germany are €2.90. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €99. Shipping costs for other EU member states can be found in the shipping conditions.
We ship our packages via DHL.
We usually try to process your order as quickly as possible so that it arrives within 2 to 5 working days. However, due to the current situation, this is not always possible.
Return and Exchange
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, you can return or exchange individual items or the entire order within 30 days of receiving the goods. However, this requires that the items are in the same condition as when they were received. This means you must not damage, soil, wash, alter or wear the items (except for trying them on!). Furthermore, all labels and tags on the respective item must still be attached. IMPORTANT: The item must arrive with us by the 30th day. Otherwise, your items can no longer be exchanged or returned. Simply fill out the return form included with your order. Then place the items in their original packaging and put the items along with the return form in a shipping carton. Then seal the package securely, attach the enclosed return label and send it to us via DHL. If you no longer have this label, you can contact us at retour@charleslindgren.de stating your name and order number. We will then send you a new one by email. As soon as the package has arrived and been checked, we will refund the purchase price to the account specified in the order.
You can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To do so, please fill out the cancellation form, which you can find on our website or in the order confirmation sent to you. Now you just need to pack the entire order as described in "The item doesn't fit/I don't like it. How can I return it?" and send it back.
From now on, returns are no longer free of charge; within Germany, we charge a return fee of €2.90. Different rules apply to shipments outside Germany: We will cover the return costs up to an amount of €5.90.
The return shipping fee applies to orders from Germany from November 1st, 2023, if you return your order to us in whole or in part. For orders from other countries, returns are at your own expense. We will support you with a refund of €5.90 for your return shipping costs.
Our responsibility towards the environment is a key pillar of our brand identity. For this reason, we have decided to introduce a return fee. The return fee for orders from Germany from November 1st, 2023, is €2.90. This only represents a portion of the actual costs incurred for a return (shipping, packaging, handling, cleaning, etc.). We cover the majority of these costs so that you are not burdened with them alone. We also hope that this measure will raise greater awareness of the environmental impact of returns. For returns from all other countries not mentioned, separate costs usually apply.

They provide valuable insights into the fit, quality, and features of the product. 3. Product Images: Look at the product images to get a better idea of what it looks and feels like. 4. The return form is required to assign the items sent to us to the correct person/order. With the return label, you can return your ordered items to us free of charge. If you no longer have the form or label, we can gladly send it to you again by email. Simply contact us at retour@charleslindgren.de, stating your name and order number.
